Guild of Coin Ridgehauler

Not a gang — a Vehicle any Outlands gang can add to its roster. Switch to Source to view the original scans.

Pages 120–125 of this chapter (visible in the Source tab) reprint the Core Rulebook’s Brutes, Hangers-on & Pets roster (‘Ambot’, ‘Jotunn’ H-Grade Servitor Ogryn, Rogue Doc, Ammo-Jack, Dome Runner, Slopper, Hive Watcher, Giant Rat, Millisaur, Ripperjack) and the Medi Skull unchanged — see the existing Brutes, Hangers-on & Pets page for those rather than a duplicate copy here. This page covers only the genuinely new addition in the Book of the Outlands printing: the Guild of Coin Ridgehauler transport (pages 126–128).

Skill Access: A Guild of Coin Ridgehauler has access to the Brawn Skill Set as Primary and the Shooting Skill Set as Secondary.

Transport Area: A Guild of Coin Ridgehauler and each of its trailers has a transport area along the side of each cargo load. If no cargo load is purchased, the area where it would be loaded is a transport bed as well.

Equipment: A Guild of Coin Ridgehauler is armed with a Ridgehauler hull and either a Guild of Coin cab grenade launcher with frag & krak grenades or a Guild of Coin cab heavy stubber.

When added to a Gang Roster, or during the Update Roster step of the Post-cycle Sequence, it can be equipped with one of the following cargo loads:

  • Armoured container — +40 credits
  • Promethium tank — +50 credits

When added to a Gang Roster, or during the Update Roster step of the Post-cycle Sequence, it can be equipped with up to four of the following options in any combination:

  • Ridgehauler trailer with promethium tank — +70 credits

When added to a Gang Roster, or during the Update Roster step of the Post-cycle Sequence, it can be equipped with up to two of the following weapons in any combination for each armoured container it is equipped with:

Ridgehauler Upgrades

// p.128 — Exclusive

Armoured Container: While they are within 1″ of an armoured container, friendly Fighters may make an Intelligence check when they perform the Reload action; if the check is passed then the Reload action becomes a Free action.

Ridgehauler Trailer: A Guild of Coin Ridgehauler may have up to four trailers attached to it; each one enabling additional cargo loads to be added, though they do not increase any of the Vehicle’s characteristics. During a battle, the trailers and Guild of Coin Ridgehauler are treated as one model and may not become detached from each other.

Promethium Tank: As fuel is ever in high demand out in the wastes, during the Wrap-up step of the Post-battle Sequence a gang adds D3x10 credits to their Stash for each promethium tank on a Guild of Coin Ridgehauler that took part in the battle and was not taken Out of Action.

Pages 120–125 (Brutes, Hangers-on & Pets roster, Skill Access and Medi Skull) are visible in the Source tab for completeness but are not re-transcribed here — see the Brutes, Hangers-on & Pets page, which is unchanged from that printing.
